Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Contact forms. On this sample site, pressing the send button only shows a notice. Nothing is sent or saved.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver them and protect the site from abuse.
• Visit counts. Our hosting provider runs Cloudflare Web Analytics on this domain, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Abuse protection. If an IP address sends an unusually high number of requests (200 or more in one minute), it is first shown a security check, and its address stays on that check list until newer ones replace it. If it sends 300 or more in one minute, or 200 or more while on the check list, it is added to a blocklist that protects this domain. Blocklisted addresses are kept with no set deletion date.
• Editor accounts. People who edit this website sign in with an email address and password. Those accounts are stored with our database provider and are used only to allow editing.

Who receives information

• Cloudflare hosts the site and counts visits.
• Supabase stores the site content and images, and editor accounts. Your browser downloads content from it.
• Google receives your IP address only if you press “Show the map” to open the map. The map is not loaded otherwise.

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Cookies and storage in your browser

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. For visitors, the site only keeps small technical values in your browser's session storage (for example, to know if a new version was published), which are cleared when you close the tab. For editors only, the browser's local storage keeps the sign-in session, so you stay signed in, until you sign out or clear your browser data. It also keeps a counter of failed sign-in attempts, with the time of the last one, which is deleted as soon as you sign in successfully or clear your browser data.

How long we keep it

Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for its standard short period. Blocklisted IP addresses are kept with no set deletion date. Editor accounts are kept while the person edits the site and deleted on request. Messages sent through your email stay in the mailbox they were sent to.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you can ask to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it or to delete it. Write to contacto@zaviestudio.com and we will answer within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal; since we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security and incidents

We protect accounts with passwords and limited sign-in attempts. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay, as required by law.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
