A badly listed property goes stale: after six months, everyone's seen it and nobody wants it.
Note Owners who need to sell or rent out their property the right way.
Back to client typesThe most common mistake is listing at a price picked by gut feeling and waiting. The months go by, the listing gets old, and the property ends up selling for less than it was worth at the start.
We start with a valuation and a title review. If the property has something pending, like a probate that was never finished, an addition without permits or a paid-off mortgage still on record, we fix it before listing, because that's what makes deals fall apart at closing.
We also help owners who inherited a property and don't know what they have: first we find out what state it's in, and only then do we talk about selling.
Each one is handled by a specific service, agreed on before we start.
The ones we use most often here. Each service page details what's included.
